Intellectual property

We are not liable for damage arising from contractor interpretation errors, hidden building defects, or condominium restrictions not disclosed at survey. Italian consumer law applies to qualifying residential clients.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Courts of Florence have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protections specify otherwise.
